INGREDIENTS
1kg potatoes
salt
150 g boiled ham
100 g di smoked cheese (scamorza)
100 g di mozzarella
3/4 eggs
100g grated Parmigiano
milk
noce moscata
pepper
30 g butter
Breadcrumbs
Nutmeg
You can add also slices of salami, bacon, mortadella (cut
in pieces),
the more ingredients you add the more tasty it is!
Boil the potatoes, then peel them and smash them in a large bowl. Preheat oven 200° C. Add all ingredients and mix. Grease a baking tin with butter and breadcrumbs, fill with mixture and cover with other breadcrumbs and small pieces of butter. Bake until golden on surface.
